If you could have dinner with ANYONE on the planet, who would you choose and why? Elon Musk because I’m curious about so many things. I think we would have a fascinating conversation.

What do you wish you could do that someone you know is great at? Gardening

If you were to write a book about your life, what would the summary on the back of the book say? Kris (Montgomery) Bethea Connett is a fascinating woman who started off living a boring life in a small town, listening to what other people told her to do (journalist, teacher) until she finally realized she wasn’t happy and struck out on her own to become a computer programmer. She briefly traveled to different corners of the world and say and did many things. Then it was time to settle down and she became a good mom to a great son who was allowed to follow his dreams, choose his own friends and have exciting adventures right from the stop. Finally, her mid-life crisis led to astrophotography where she has returned to her roots of being a night owl and stays up all night and sleeps all day so she can take gorgeous and award-winning nightcaps and deepsscape images. (TBD)

What age would you do over and why? None. I like moving forward. I like who I am because of the past. I may not have always made the best choices but I did the best that I could at the time and I like who I am now.

Why did you decide a path helping empaths? Because if I struggled with it, I figured other people did too and if I could help just one person on their empath journey

What was your biggest AHA moment in life? Realizing I was an empath

Who was your main inspiration as a child? as a teen? as an adult? What about them drew you? How did it affect your life?
Sarah Jane Smith because she was a strong brave character in a science fiction story. She was amazing. I because a journalist because of her (and sucked at it). She was more than just a journalist though, she was a strong woman who followed her dreams and her instincts. She never let anyone stop her. Even after she left the TARDIS she continued to help planet Earth along with K-9, her adopted son and Mr. Smith the computer.

You’re having a dinner party… who are the handful of guests (alive or not) that you would invite, and why? Stephen King, Shakespeare (I wanna know more about the whole Roland thing) Michelle Sagara, Neil Gaiman, Seanan McGuire and Aristotle. I would then love to listen to many many hours of their discussions across a wide variety of topics.

This blog is part of a 52 week challenge
